N4Engage takes a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and is committed to acting
professionally, fairly and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships, wherever it operates and
implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery. We will upload all laws relevant to countering
bribery and corruption in all the jurisdictions in which we operate; however, we remain bound by UK law in respect of our conduct at home and abroad.

Anti-Facilitation of Tax Evasion Policy
This policy shall document that N4Engage is firmly committed to conducting its operational activities in an entirely transparent, fair and honest manner. N4Engage shall act with integrity and in compliance with the applicable law and regulations.
Policy adherence is designed to maintain reciprocal confidence and preserve the reputation of the organisation and its ‘associated persons’ thereby ensuring that services or goods provided by or taken from N4Engage are entirely free from tax evasion. This policy summarises the procedures of N4Engage to ensure that all associated persons, including employees and those acting on our behalf, do not facilitate tax evasion.
Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
We are committed to ensuring that there is transparency in our own business and in our approach to tackling modern slavery throughout our supply chain. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implement and enforce the effective system and controls to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not in our business.
